A free Land iQ webinar, Wednesday 22 April 2026, 12:30–13:30pm

If you work in planning or property, you’ve probably wished you could test a scenario, run a feasibility, or model a rezoning without waiting weeks for data or outside help. Land iQ Labs is built for that.

Join us for our first Land iQ webinar of 2026. We’ll take you inside Labs, the platform’s new prototyping tool, and show you what it looks like in practice.

What’s on

James Strutt, Director of Land iQ, will run a live demo overview of the property elements of Labs. Jacy Macnee will then share how he has used Land iQ Labs on a specific strategic planning use case. Then we open for Q&A.

Who should come

Anyone working with land, planning, or property data in NSW. Current users, lapsed users, people who’ve never touched the platform. Councils, state agencies, consultants, developers.

The case for Labs

Site search, scenario modelling, feasibility, data analysis. One platform, one licence. A Swiss army knife for planning and property work that pays for itself on the first project. Already a user? Come see what’s new. Not yet? We’ll show you how to try it for free.

Bring your questions.

Presented by the Land iQ team, Property and Development NSW.
