โIf you experience a technical issue with any extension, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
โIf you were charged by a third party claiming to offer our extensions, please contact us immediately โ our extensions are only distributed free via the official Google Chrome Web Store.

WSC also provides custom software development, web application, automation, and integration services under separate agreements. These services may involve payment and are subject to the refund terms below.

3 โ Refund Eligibility

For paid custom development services, a refund may be considered in the following circumstances.

Work not started: A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued if work has not yet commenced and you cancel within 5 business days of payment. |

Failure to deliver agreed scope: If WSC fails to deliver the agreed deliverables as defined in the written agreement, a partial or full refund may be issued proportional to the undelivered work. |

Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. |

Unauthorised charge: If a payment was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund where confirmed. |

4 โ Non-Refundable Situations

Delays caused by the client: If project delays or failures were caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals, payments already made are non-refundable. |

Third-party platform changes: We are not responsible for refunds where a delivered product stops working due to changes made by third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, YouTube) outside our control. |

โWhere work has commenced at your request within the 14-day period, you may be charged for the proportion of the service already delivered.
โIf you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments within 14 calendar days using the same payment method.
