💡 Try These First

Most issues with Chrome extensions can be resolved in under a minute. Try these steps before reaching out.

1 Refresh the page. Navigate to the page again after installing or updating the extension.
2 Check you are on a supported page. Each extension works on specific platforms or page types — check the product page for the full list.
3 Disable and re-enable the extension. Go to chrome://extensions/, toggle the extension off and back on, then refresh the page.
4 Check for updates. Go to chrome://extensions/, enable Developer Mode, and click Update to force the latest version.
5 Check for conflicts. Temporarily disable other extensions to see if there is a conflict, then re-enable them one by one.
6 Check your Chrome version. All WSC extensions require Chrome 88 or later. Go to chrome://settings/help to check and update.
